Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

Office/Administration activities: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
