Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs

Office/Administration activities: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
