Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Water and tend to plants, Work with minimal supervision

Office/Administration activities: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, Collect rent

Equipment Operated/Used: Carpet cleaning machines

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel

Work Location Information: Staff accommodation provided

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others
