Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some university.

Experience: the best part of a year.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Tractor mower, Fork-lift, Backhoe, Tractor, Front-end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Requisition supplies and materials, Repair and maintain equipment

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Vehicle supplied by employer, Drive manual transmission vehicle

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
