Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $14.15 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Work Setting: Camp

Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills: Keep records of the quantities of food used

Kitchen Helping Skills: Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Handle and store cleaning products, Sharpen kitchen knives

Dishwashing Skills: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans, Clean and polish silverware

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available

Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available

Essential Skills: Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Outdoor kitchen helper working with outfitting co. Working in extreme remote conditions and relocating from campsite to campsite via horseback.
